Today our creative resources embrace the skills of architects, 3D and 2D designers, film makers, journalists, creative technologists, bloggers and social media experts, art directors and copy writers and creative strategists... all trying to imagine a more creative future for our clients and for ourselves.

There is only so long that a business or a consumer brand can be slimmed down, re-engineered, streamlined, out-sourced or procurement reviewed. Sooner or later the removal of waste has to be replaced by the addition of value. That's where we come in. The ability to create ideas and opportunities that in turn create profits.

Inspired by our founder Gary Withers, we are an independent organisation in every sense. Commercially we serve no group objectives nor sister companies, nor shared corporate overhead.

Mark is responsible for the executive management of all operations across the region, as well as the expansion and growth of Imagination into new markets.

Mark is responsible for the executive management of all operations across the region, as well as the expansion and growth of Imagination into new markets.

Having successfully launched the Imagination brand in Australia, Mark was appointed CEO for Asia Pacific in 2009. Since then he has been the architect of a regional expansion that has included the launching of Imagination in China, Singapore and India as well as our on-going growth in Australia, Hong Kong and Japan. In his limited free time, Mark is a keen art enthusiast, collector, theatre-goer and spa visitor.

Alistair is responsible for the creative output of Imagination’s offices across the Asia region

, specialising in physical environments and integrated communications. Having originally joined Imagination London in 1996, Alistair has headed our Hong Kong creative team since 2006, working on a range of integrated environmental projects for global clients including Jaguar, Porsche, Ford and Haier, as well as the Samsung pavilion at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. An accomplished photographer and design junkie, Alistair is also a qualified instructor in the Israeli martial art of Krav Maga.

Nicoletta leads a team that creates new, unexpected and engaging multi-platform ideas.

Bringing international experience in branding, communication design, creative strategy and application across the whole brand experience, Nicoletta has led notable projects for a range of international luxury, consumer, B2B, financial services and automotive clients, including Porsche, HP and Jaguar. Nicoletta is a keen runner and cyclist, loves wakeboarding (a form of water skiing) and kite surfing, reading, art and good food.

As Strategy Director for the region, Chris leads a team that is responsible for ensuring creative work is insight-driven and linked to measurable business goals.

As Strategy Director for the region, Chris leads a team that is responsible for ensuring creative work is insight-driven and linked to measurable business goals. 

Chris has led branding projects for Pangu Plaza, Yuda Palace Hotel and the Yuda FuFu Shopping Plaza in China, as well as providing support across the region for clients including Casarte, Hewlett Packard and Bloomberg.  Before moving to Hong Kong, Chris was Strategy Director at Imagination Australia where he helped establish our relationship with the Commonwealth Bank and provided creative strategy for clients including Panasonic, InterfaceFLOR and BlackBerry. Chris can be found in his free-time, guitar or baby in hand, running, reading or rummaging around in record shops for obscure bits of old vinyl.

Louise Clegg

Louise is responsible for the Hong Kong company’s operation, ensuring clarity of communication and maintaining the focus on excellence.

Louise is responsible for the Hong Kong company’s operation, ensuring clarity of communication and maintaining the focus on excellence.

Louise began her career in account management and has first-hand experience in how to manage complex projects on all scales, ensuring the audience is connected with the brand, the message and the experience. She has excellent communication skills and has played an integral part in developing strong relationships in HK and China with clients such as Jaguar, Land Rover, Shell, Bloomberg, MGM and Christie’s. She has recently discovered a talent for dragon boating, and beat 144 teams to win the annual Stanley Dragon Boat Races 2011. She also spent a year working in Munich and speaks fluent German.

As Head of Production, Jamie is responsible for all facets of production

; from supplier management and budget control, through to build and final delivery. With a background in theatre, Jamie has been with Imagination since 2006, delivering a range of international auto shows, events and exhibition projects for global luxury and automotive clients. Having joined Imagination Asia in 2010, he brings a unique blend of theatrical experience, technical expertise, practical construction knowledge and international supplier relationships to each project. Jamie is a fan of the theatre and an avid collector of cult TV shows.

Marcus Bray

Marcus is a Director of Imagination Asia and heads up the company’s Investor communications operations.

Marcus is a Director of Imagination Asia and heads up the company’s Investor communications operations.

Marcus joined Imagination in October 2000 in London, and worked as an Account Director on over 30 investor roadshows and international conferences out of Europe and the US, with clients from a wide variety of sectors.
In early 2004, Marcus moved to Hong Kong to head up the company’s Investor Communications operations, with responsibility for all our Investor Communications activities in the region.
